When you submit the demo request form on our website, your data is sent to Formspree, Inc., which acts as our data processor for form delivery and notification.
Data collected may include:
Why we use it: to receive your demo or inquiry, respond to you, and maintain a record of business communications.
Legal basis (GDPR): your consent when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries.
Formspree is a US-based provider. Their practices are described in their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) may apply as described in Formspree's documentation.
Our website embeds a Calendly scheduling widget so you can book an introductory meeting. When you load the demo section or complete a booking, Calendly may process:
Why we use it: to let you schedule a demo or call with our team.
Legal basis (GDPR): your consent when using the scheduler, and our legitimate interest in arranging business meetings.
Calendly is operated by Calendly, LLC (United States). See Calendly's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. International transfers may occur when you use the widget.
To display our website correctly, your browser downloads resources from third-party content delivery networks and font services listed above. These requests are standard for modern websites but mean your IP address and basic technical information may be logged by those providers.
We load the Rubik typeface from Google Fonts. Google may process connection data when fonts are requested. See Google's Privacy Policy. If you prefer to avoid Google Fonts, you may use browser extensions or network-level blocking; the site will fall back to system fonts.
These services deliver CSS, JavaScript, and icon assets. They do not receive the personal data you type into our forms unless that data is somehow included in a request (which is not how our forms are designed to work). They may still log standard server access data.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with processors that help us operate the website and services, or when required by law.
Several third-party services we use (including Formspree, Calendly, Google, and US-based CDN operators) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's compliance framework, as described in each provider's privacy documentation.
Form submissions and meeting bookings are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion by contacting privacy@stackvee.com.
We use HTTPS for our website. Form and scheduling data is transmitted over encrypted connections to the respective providers. Platform customer data, where applicable, is hosted according to the service configuration agreed with you.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have the right to:
To exercise these rights, email privacy@stackvee.com. For data held by Formspree or Calendly, you may also need to contact those providers directly depending on their role as processor or independent controller.
Our own marketing pages do not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies at the time of this update.
Third-party cookies may be set when you:
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies may affect Calendly booking or form submission.
We may update this policy when we add, remove, or change third-party services on our website. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
